For the month of February we are featuring babywearing stories from our BWI Twin Cities members! Read about his or her journey and how BWI Twin Cities has played a role.

*Hello Rebecca!*

“I battled post-partum depression after my second son was born. I was overwhelmed with caring for an energetic toddler and a newborn. I learned how to wear a ring sling at a BWI meeting. It was so easy and cozy. On days I felt particularly overwhelmed, I’d just throw my little guy in the sling. I immediately felt better. I meet with a therapist and take meds, but I truly believe that the serotonin release from babywearing helped me get through those difficult times! #thankyouBWITC”

Thank you for sharing the love Rebecca!
